PAYMENT:

Payment for any of my works is made via arrangement but will soon be via Pay Pal who will provide you with a receipt of payment and pass your details on to me. This will all be done over a secure network. I’m afraid that my courses cannot yet be booked online; you still need to send a cheque and booking form which can be printed off( see booking courses)

GUARANTEE & INSURANCE:

Any of my works which you buy will be insured for the full cost of the work while in transit and if you are not happy with your purchase I will give a full refund, of the purchase price, if it is posted back to me within two days of delivery and is undamaged.  If a work is damaged on arrival please inform the courier and e-mail me immediately. The cost of the picture and postage will then be covered by the courier.

I have made every attempt to make sure the colours in the images on this site are accurate to the originals. However, the settings and age of your monitor will alter the colours slightly.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT:

Any work you purchase remains my property until all payment has been cleared. Ownership of any of my works does not include a right of reproduction and this is only permitted if a special arrangement has been made with myself prior to reproduction. Also, display of my work which does not recognise me as the creator is not permitted. If you wish to purchase right of copyright on any of my works please e-mail me.

POSTAGE & PACKING:

You will be invoiced by Pay Pal for the cost of your purchase plus p&p. When payment has cleared your order will be dispatched in protective packaging. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery although every attempt will be made so you receive your order sooner. Works to be sent abroad will be advised of an estimated delivery time.

FRAMING OF WORKS:

The cost of all my works include the cost of any frame which comes with the work, however, some works are on unframed boxy canvasses and prints are sold unframed. All framed works are done so in a professional manner.
